Ben’s extensive tech background includes building innovative tech for Detica (later BAE Systems Applied Intelligence) particularly within the National Security sector. Known for his thoughtful yet ambitious approach to growth and technological innovation, he consistently drives forward-thinking product initiatives. LDC and The Times recognised him as an innovative business leader, ranking him among the UK’s top 50 in 2022.
Emma Sharma
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Emma is an executive leader with a 30-year career working globally in the technology,
government contracting, and legal industries – including for companies such as Capgemini, Business Objects and SAP. As a serial entrepreneur, she has co-founded and successfully scaled businesses organically and through strategic acquisition delivering double-digit returns to early investors.
Emma has led high value creation teams in complex, cross-cultural environments where clarity, resilience, and trust are essential for building sustainable partnerships and leadership programs
that prioritize both results and human flourishing. She stewards innovation and emerging technology – including AI, as tools to serve people, not replace them.
Emma is a graduate of Jesus College, University of Cambridge.

Grant Birdwell
Chief Financial Officer
Grant is an entrepreneur with an institutional capital markets and asset management background who specializes in using Strategic Partner Networks (SPN) to solve big problems. After nearly a decade with Morgan Stanley in capital markets and institutional asset management, he joined the Teacher’s Retirement System of Texas as a senior portfolio manager, where he helped build and lead their pioneering $6 billion SPN program – later recognized by by many as the global standard for partnerships between asset managers and large asset owners.
He subsequently served as a Senior Advisor to McKinsey & Co., helped launch and lead Corrigo Investment Partners, and served as Chief Commercial Officer for a green field, city-scale New Zealand real project.
Grant holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and lives outside of Washington D.C. with his wife and two teenage sons.
Jennifer Jackson

Jennifer Jackson is a seasoned operator and founder with 30+ years of experience building and scaling revenue-driven businesses. She began her career founding a profitable multi-location retail and e-commerce company, then spent 16 years at Ricoh USA, rising to run the company’s largest region with 125+ employees before leading their National Accounts program with Fortune 500 clients.
Jennifer has since held multiple C-suite roles across technology and professional services, including founding Entrusted Advisors, where she scaled a legal technology platform to $6M in revenue within 18 months, and overseeing $50M+ revenue portfolios with consistent double-digit growth.
Today she works with founders and boards to deploy capital effectively, scale leadership and revenue systems, and build durable businesses positioned for long-term value creation.
